I have had some sets with the shutdown that had these items bad . DL030, RL025, RL044 and CL035. The diode and resistors have to be checked with one side lifted from circuit.</div><span contenteditable="false"><table border=0 cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 width="100%"><!--/reply--><tr><td><hr width="100%" noshade size=1 color="#A1A576"></td></tr></table></span> I don't mean to hijack this thread, but it relates somewhat to this post. I was given a D52W15 ITC222 that has a bowed image (top & bottom). The convergence board is getting power (both + and -), so I checked some components on the deflection board based off of culled info I found (including one of your older posts) that related to my problem. I pulled TL010 and the heatsink with DL030 and DL032 out of the circuit and found that TL010 and DL030 look good (approx. 5v and OL). However, DL032 is reading 0.011 volts both ways. Should DL030 and DL032 both test the same (voltage one way and open with leads reversed)? If so it sounds like DL032 is shorted, correct? BTW, thanks for all your help on my Akai thread.
